It has the potential to be applied in tumor microenvironment regulation and cardiovascular drug synergistic intervention. The system is based on a hollow MnO substrate with a wavelength of 100-150nm. After alkaline modification of the Na CO3 surface, a PEG layer is introduced to further couple lactate oxidase (LOx), which can be used in combination with digoxin to achieve a synergistic effect of metabolic intervention and drug therapy.
